The comprehensive Pay Bar package includes everything you need to run a successful cash bar at your event. Our bar staff will arrive at your chosen venue with all the necessary equipment and will take care of all the set-up for you to ensure that your bar unit is ready for the arrival of your guests. On this package, your guests will be required to pay for any drinks they may want, either with cash or by card.

Half Bar

Our Half Bar package allows you to treat your guests to a range of quality drinks without breaking the bank. This package works on a tab system where we run a tab for a set amount we have previously discussed with you. Once your guests have exceeded the tab, we will begin charging them for any additional drinks.

Full Bar

The Full Bar package provides your guests with an unlimited supply of drinks free of charge. Your guests will order all drinks on a tab and you will be required to settle this tab at the end of the event.

Bartenders

Each unit will fit in any event space and will be managed by our experienced team who ensure that all your guests are served quickly.

Waiters

At RBars, we believe you should be able to enjoy your event with your guests without worrying about the little things. As a result, we offer a waiter service that will allow you to relax while our expert staff will take care of everything and add a touch of luxury to your day.

Dry Bar Hire

The Dry Bar Hire package provides you with a selection of our bespoke bars, we will deliver all you need to help run a bar of your choice. As the name suggests, this option provides the BAR ONLY, otherwise specified. Contact us for more information.

dRINKS oN arrival

With our drinks on arrival option, your guest will have the warmest of welcomes. Our drinks on arrival option service is a wonderful way to treat your guests. Greeted by our professional staff when they arrive at your event and will be given a complimentary glass of champagne.

Wine and Glassware

We can provide you with wine and glassware for all your tables, to give your guest a luxurious time.

We have a choice of a rustic wooden bar or a black modern gloss bar, this comes with a fridge, ice trays, scoops, measures and beer matts etc

£27ph per bar staff

Rbars can be installed at any venue and is ran by a professional trained team.
We offer a large range of beverages including bitters, lagers, wines, bottled beer, spirits, alcopops, soft drinks and hot drinks.
We will serve as late as you require after all it's your special day!
